ISM’s founder started in the freight forwarding industry over 15-years ago from the ground up, loading and unloading trucks and building air pallets in warehouses for big and small freight forwarding companies.
Through the years, ISM’s founder managed to climb up the ranks within the freight forwarding industry by working hard, staying committed, and showing a continued passion for Good Old-fashioned Customer Service.
